Every time Questa & Zeke start a Country Quest, they have to begin by filling in paperwork sent to them by the Department. No one likes admin, but it's got to be done!
The paperwork isn't supposed to be a test, it's a research activity. That means you can look up answers on the internet, in a book or ask a family member or a friend!
