The Big Garden Birdwatch is a real thing!
You can join in!
It happens every year on the last weekend in January. All you need to do is sit for an hour in a green space like a garden or a park and count the number of birds that land. The RSPB will even send you a paper Bird Identifier so you know which bird is which!
